Hello! my name is El. I am only 24 years old but I have always been considered wise beyond my years. I have been through a lot in my short life, it has resulted in premature wisdom but also a life long battle with my mental health. So in combination with regaling readers with stories of my travels, I will be discussing my ongoing journey of healing from my past while gaining strength for the future.

I have lived in so many places in this life, too many to keep track of. All of the photos on this site are markers of where I've been and glimpses of what I've seen. I know that there is so much more of the world to see and I can't wait to soak in every second of it.

I was raised by a Southern Baptist preacher, despite the contradictions in our beliefs I have never and will never know a man that I respect more. I still hold true to many of the beliefs I was raised in, although since I have became an adult and seen and understood the world more and more I have come to regard myself as a Christ-follower. Someone who believes in love and kindness above all else. I love to think about the big questions in life and show people the kindness and consideration that is so rare in the world we live in.

I am proud of the morals and standards I live by and I pride myself on being a good, decent, honest, hard working person. I have always manifested that I will make my mark on this world and I believe that with all of my heart. God has big plans for me and I'm excited to share my journey with the world.
